Messages sent through the contact form
The form collects first name, last name, email address, subject and message so the organisation can handle and answer the request.
- 01Delivery: The message is emailed to the recipient configured for the website.
- 02Storage: The theme code does not store requests in the WordPress database. Copies may remain in mailboxes and their backups.
- 03Abuse protection: Local checks and a temporary counter based on a hashed IP address limit repeated submissions, without an external CAPTCHA.
Published school data
School pages may include an instructor’s name and grade, email address, phone number, training venues, schedules, club website and languages taught.
- 01Purpose: Help visitors identify and contact an ITF Taekwon-Do school.
- 02Source: Each school requests inclusion in the directory. It is asked to provide the information needed to complete its listing.
- 03Approval: Once the information sheet is complete, the school is contacted again to confirm publication. After its approval, the new listing is added.
- 04Correction: A person concerned can request correction or removal of inaccurate information.
Technical logs and cookies
When someone visits the website, information such as IP address, time, requested page, browser and referring page may be handled in server logs. The actual data and retention periods must be checked in the Infomaniak configuration.
The theme code contains no advertising or analytics service and loads fonts locally. Cookies and additional services in the production WordPress installation need separate verification.
OpenStreetMap map
On pages with a map, the browser automatically loads OpenStreetMap tiles. Technical connection data, including the IP address, may therefore be sent to the OpenStreetMap Foundation. It is an independent controller for this service, and tiles are delivered through an international cache network.
- Service
- OpenStreetMap Foundation, map tiles
- Loading
- Automatically when opening a page with a map
Recipients and transfers
Infomaniak is the only contractual provider declared by the association for hosting and email. The OpenStreetMap Foundation supplies the map as an independent service. The production configuration still needs to be checked.

- The president and vice-president have access to the contact@taekwondoitf-bern.ch mailbox. The vice-president manages school listings as webmaster. Published listings can be read by all website visitors.
